Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor engineering team.
- Drive architecture and development of solutions.
- Conduct design and code reviews.
- Oversee project execution to meet deadlines.
Must Have
- Ruby on Rails (RoR), React/Angular, AWS services (10 years of experience).
- Experience with GenAI tools and Microservice Architecture.
- At least 3-4+ years of Project management experience.
- Strong understanding of Microservice Architecture.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
Nice to have
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
