Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of SAP IBP Supply Planning modules, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
- Design, develop, and optimize planning areas, key figures, attributes, and master data structures for both Time-Series and Order-Based Planning models.
- Manage and troubleshoot integrations using CI-DS (Cloud Integration for Data Services) and Real-Time Integration (RTI), ensuring data consistency and issue resolution.
- Configure and enhance Response Planning capabilities to support agile and responsive supply chain operations.
- Support and fine-tune planning operators, heuristics, and Supply Network Optimization (SNO) strategies to improve supply efficiency and performance.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable and sustainable IBP solutions through detailed process analysis and system configuration.
- Assist in system testing, UAT, go-live preparation, and post-implementation support (hypercare) to ensure solution stability and business continuity.

Provide thought leadership and strategic input on best practices, process improvements, and supply planning transformations within the SAP IBP ecosystem.
Must Have
- 6–8 years of hands-on experience with SAP IBP Supply Planning (Time Series and/or Order-Based).
- Strong exposure to Response Planning and integration with production/supply execution.
- Prior experience with SAP APO (SNP, DP) and transitioning to IBP.
- Solid understanding of IBP-Demand Planning, especially for cross-functional alignment.
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with planning books, key figures, KF calculations, and planning operators.
