Responsibilities
- Efficient management of Priority 1 (P1) incidents
- Compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Effective network architecture design
Must Have
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in networking, with a strong focus on Cisco technologies
- Hands-on experience with Cisco Router products (ISR, ASR) and Switch products (Catalyst, Nexus, ACI)
- Experience with routing protocols including BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP, Nexus switches, and Cisco ACI
- Understanding of MPLS and Internet Leased Line (ILL) networks
- Experience in Nexus and ACI configuration troubleshooting
- Relevant certifications such as CCIE Data Center or Routing & Switching
- Expert-level knowledge in Cisco routing and switching
- Strong Analytical and Troubleshooting Skills, Excellent communication
Nice to have
- Experience with packet shaper technologies
- Familiarity with NOC processes, ITSM workflows
- Basic understanding of firewalls and other security products
