Responsibilities
- Successful identification and evaluation of potential partners
- Effective negotiation and agreement drafting
- Maintenance of long-term stakeholder relationships
- Optimization insights for partnership performance
- Smooth execution of partnership strategies

Must Have
- 8+ years in Fintech Industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing
- Experience for fintech startup in Credit lending
- Deep knowledge of EV loans, Finance and Banking.
- Market research and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Credit lender experience including Legal documentation drafting.
- Proven success in strategic negotiation and stakeholder management.

- MBA or business background
